You’ve caught our attention. During this ten- to fifteen-minute phone call we will ask you about your background, your knowledge and what your general expectations for the role are. Technical positions may require an additional phone interview.
Following a successful phone interview, we will contact you to schedule a face-to-face meeting at our office. This usually lasts around two hours. The content varies by role, but you can expect to be assessed on your experience, problem solving, communication and general fit.
We will let you know the outcome of your application as soon as possible. However, as we endeavour to provide detailed feedback and will often interview multiple candidates at a time, it may take up to a fortnight before we get back to you.
