Founder and Chairman
Krystian is a renowned entrepreneur, investor and futurologist specialising in the IoT and intelligent buildings. He has served as a board director of CEDIA EMEA, as well as on multiple smart home committees including the HAT project industry advisory board and the CEDIA standards committee.
By emphasising outstanding craftsmanship and immaculate attention to detail, projects under Krystian’s management have won numerous international industry accolades and awards from prestigious organisations such as CEDIA, Lutron, D-Tools and ITSA.
Having been involved with Andrew Lucas since the very beginning, Sylwia's role as Financial Director sees her manage Andrew Lucas London’s accounts and makes sure that all financial details are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
As well as her board duties, Sylwia handles company payroll and deals with HMRC, as well as overseeing the finance department and managing the company's cashflow.
Wojtek is in charge of ensuring the company’s continuing status as a world-class thought leader in the smart home sector. Throughout his tenure, Wojtek has played acritical role on a series of multi-million pound projects all over the world. In 2012 he was recognised as the best technician of the year in Europe, Asia and the Middle East by industry body CEDIA.
Wojtek holds over 40 professional accreditations, including top-tier qualifications from such industry giants as Crestron, Lutron, Control4, KNX and Microsoft.
Having successfully delivered bespoke connected homes for some of the most discerning clients across the world and with an ever-growing string of awards to his name, Ryan’s expertise in overseeing complex and challenging projects is unrivalled.
His attention to detail is absolute: no matter the size of the installation, no stone goes unturned in the pursuit of perfection.
Director of Client Care
Over the course of a twenty-year career Richard has honed a number of skills in the smart home space, specialising in satellite distribution and complex video entry solutions.
Having previously worked in design, engineering and project management roles at a high-end integrator (and founding member of CEDIA EMEA) on large-scale installations in London and abroad, he now heads up Andrew Lucas London's Client Care department. This role sees him extensively draw upon his technical, engineering and project management skills to keep our existing customers' properties in top condition.
Following on from highly successful stints in sales roles at Harrods and Aalco Metals, Hamza moved across to Andrew Lucas to take on the challenge of driving the growth of the company’s sales division.
An audiophile and technology magpie, Hamza lives and breathes the latest developments in the tech space. This technical outlook and deep industry knowledge serves him well, allowing him to offer in-depth insights and guidance to customers throughout all stages of a project.
A talented managerial hand with years of experience under his belt, Peter oversees all operations at Andrew Lucas and manages a dedicated team of customer service staff to ensure the best possible service and support, both internally and externally.
He applies his highly technical mindset to a wide remit of responsibilities ranging from procurement and logistics to recruitment, sales and technical support.
Technically astute and incredibly competent, Aneta works at the heart of many of Andrew Lucas' critical operations.
Having spent several years working in similar roles in London within the construction sector, Aneta is tasked with a multi-faceted role, offering day-to-day support to the senior management team and applying her technical knowledge to provide hands-on assistance on the company's most prestigious projects.
Editorial and Marketing Manager
With a background as technology magazine editor, Ben was brought on board by Andrew Lucas London to set up and launch Connected Lifestyle, an in-house journal providing insight into the smart home and virtual reality for homeowners and design professionals.
He is now responsible for the company's entire editorial and marketing strategy, encompassing written and video content, community outreach, events and social media.
