This technically complex smart home project saw a beautiful large, detached property set in its own estate given a technological overhaul underneath its grand façade.
The project saw the addition of a new basement extension (featuring a temperature-controlled wine cellar, a pool and wellness area with colour-shifting lighting and underwater speakers and a unique three-tiered home cinema room with 48 distinct audio channels that could also double as a panic room should the need arise.
Throughout the property – from winding hallways to a majestic oak-panelled library – a wealth of technology is concealed under the surface. Automated control of all aspects of the property, from lighting and heating to AV and security, is put at the homeowners’ fingertips to create a seamless living experience.
